Dermatological/internal medicine evaluation and herbal consultation initial
Visit : $750
In your initial visit I will conduct the interview and record pertinent information relating to your dermatological condition. This price includes:
time and travel expense
evaluation and in-depth history
photographing of the tongue
photographing of skin (if needed)
Research and collecting other information relative to your case
time for issuance of herbal medicine prescription (internal and/or topical)
dietary recommendations
time to email patient directions and submit prescription to dispensary
Dermatological evaluation and herbal consultation - follow-up
Visit minutes: $525
3-4 weeks after the initial visit, and 3-4 weeks after each follow-up appointment. Tongue and skin is reassessed and photographed. Interview is conducted and a new formula may be prescribed.
Herbal Consultation - Telehealth Follow-up
Phone call minutes: $425
Follow-up appointments are best conducted in person, for occasions where that is not possible or necessary telehealth consultations can be done through Zoom.
Virtual Office Visit (Zoom)
30-45 minutes: $625
For situations where conducting the initial consultations in person is not feasible or accessible, I offer telehealth consultations over Zoom.
